Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the QUANT-CRO service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QUANT-CRO System (operated as a sole trader).

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use QUANT-CRO.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

QUANT-CRO is a subscription-based tool that provides:

• Mathematical analysis of football matches using Poisson distribution modelling and Expected Value (EV) calculations.
• Pre-generated analyses delivered up to 48 hours before kickoff.
• Identification of statistical edges relative to bookmaker-implied odds, where they meet our internal Protocol C threshold.

The service does not constitute gambling, financial advice, or sports betting advisory services. We do not facilitate, encourage, or profit from any bets placed by users.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis from the date of purchase.
• Promotions or introductory offers may be made available at our discretion to new subscribers.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change and given the option to cancel.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused analyses.

Exception: if you experience a technical issue preventing access to the service, contact quantcro.contact@gmail.com within 7 days for a full refund.

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute any analysis content, whether commercially or non-commercially.
• Share account access with other individuals. Each subscription is for a single user only.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download content from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with any part of the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction, including regulations related to sports betting.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that analyses will be accurate, complete, or result in profitable outcomes.
• Statistical models are inherently probabilistic — a value bet identified by our model may not win. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QUANT-CRO System shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting decisions made based on our analyses.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable time.
• We have reason to believe your use is fraudulent or harmful to other users or the service.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting quantcro.contact@gmail.com.

All content, analyses, methodologies, code, and branding on QUANT-CRO are the property of QUANT-CRO System. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law (Prawo polskie) and, where applicable, European Union law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
